So I recently posted about meeting Chuck Kraft and I told you about his Kreelex fly. This is one of Chuck’s other patterns that is really popular, the Clawdad.
In this fly tying video Chuck shows how to tie his Clawdad. This is an excellent crayfish fly and has been a top producer for Trout and Smallmouth Bass.

Eyes – Lead Dumbbell, Painted with Nail Polish
Clear Coat of Liquid Fusion
Body – Medium Chenille
Legs – Medium Round Rubber
Tail – ETFF Clawdad Tail
